With Soup and Puds in aid of the Holy Trinity Roof Fund & Our Harvest Charity on Saturday 6th October 2018. Only £5 per head and please support our Raffle. Entry at 6.15pm for start at 6.30pm. For further details see poster at the back of Holy Trinity and in Langley Hall
(returning, rest, quietness, trust – see Isaiah 30.15). From September, on the 3rd and 4th Sundays (by and large) and between 3.30 and 5pm, there will be an opportunity to continue our exploration of stillness and silence as a way of prayer. The format will involve some time just to chat and unwind, a bit of teaching and sharing and time to soak up the silence and rest in God’s presence. This is not a course or programme and attendance once a month or just to give it a go is welcome. For further info speak to or e-mail Jim:

Increase the number of spaces against the Church Road wall
Increase the number of slots on The Ring road side, at the hall end and plant a beech hedge, beside the pavement to improve the current landscaping.
Provide additional spaces in the unused area adjacent to the wall next Church Road at the southern end of the car park (nearest the roundabout) and plant a beech hedge beside the pavement to improve the current landscaping.
Install a grass/pave type porous car park surface product, possibly using gravel infill, as required.
The car park closed from 31st July 2017 and there are now barriers. Works have started at the office building. Please can you use the Langley Hall car park if you are visiting the Church or the Langley Hall during the week. There will be limited parking on a Sunday and it would be appreciated if it can be used by those not so able to walk from car parks further away from the Church. Entry via the car park intercom will no longer be in use.

As the New Town Center opens we need people prepared to make the ultimate sacrifice of visiting all the new restaurants to have a meal there. I’m sure people will be doing this informally but if you would like to be part of a church group meeting for a meal on Friday or Saturday evenings from mid-September to Advent please sign up at the back of church or email Jim. at email@example.com
